Description Ready to conquer the desert? Only minutes from the hustle
and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip the landscape transforms to
the colorful hills of Red Rock Canyon. Appropriately named for
the bright red rocks contrasting the usually brown and un-welcoming
Mojave Desert.
Enjoy tales of the Southern Nevada history from your expert
Hummer guide. Learn about the first explorers in this area as
we drive past the original Spanish Trail and the historic town
of Blue Diamond - Home to something even more valuable the diamonds
(in the harsh desert) - Can you guess what it is?
Next it's time for some off-road adventure! We'll take to the
desert through areas called Jeep Trap Canyon aptly named as
we find about one Jeep per month broken down here - "The
former of Off-Roading better make way for the Hummer"!
We'll tackle terrain impossible for other vehicles to even attempt,
you'll realize why Hummers meet the strong demands of the U.S.
Military.
Comfort & Safety Sturdy closed toe shoes are recommended (boots or tennis
shoes). We will be in the natural desert and sandals provide
very little protection.
Your professional driver guide will provide informative history
and highlights of the area, while taking you on a thrilling
off-road adventure. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in our
vehicles (State and Federal Law). Tour is not recommended if
you have a bad back, recent operation or if you are pregnant.

It was the most fun in a long, long time. Our guides were great. They were both fantastic. Never a dull moment. Very kind and helpful. Would do it again.

Our tour guide kept the conversation going and made every stop interesting with his knowledge of the plants and animals we encounter in the desert. If we had gone to these areas on our own, we wouldn't be aware of the history our guide was able to convey to us. The weather was great and we definitely enjoyed this unique tour.

Trip was highlighted when our guide happened to see 5 big horn sheep when we stopped on the off-road part of the trip. We were able to get wonderful photos of the sheep. This trip was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Las Vegas.

What an awesome experience for me and my wife! I've told at least 20 other people about the Red Rock Canyon trip since returning from Las Vegas. Our H1 driver was very knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to insure we saw what we wanted to see, helped take our pictures, pointed out things we may have missed otherwise, and made the whole trip memorable. We will take the trip again when we make it back to Las Vegas. Highly recommended and well worth our time and money.

Our guide, Forrest, was very knowledgeable and informative--Since my friend and I were the only 2 on this trip, it was like we had a personal escort through this beautiful area. We enjoyed all his stories and felt very fortunate to have him share the Red Rocks and desert territory with us. Arlene Jerdon
