We had an amazing time, our pilot on the way to the ranch i believe was Jim, and he was excellent with the tour providing alot of history of the area, very extensive. I have already recommended Heli-USA to a number of my friends. Lunch at the ranch was delicious, the ribs were fall off the bone amazing. While at the ranch my girlfriend and I just checked it out without the horse back riding and had the opportunity to have a really good chat with Casey who also provided alot of local history as well as was familiar with where we were from due to travels in his earlier years. I cannot say enough about the trip, it made for one of the most memorable trips I have ever been on, Thank you all so much!

The Grand Canyon flight was excellent, and although I got a free upgrade to the ranch, I didnt find that part of the trip all that intetresting.

Wow, Captain Mike was amazing! He made us laugh the whole time, and with sime of us feeling a little nervous, he made us all really feel safe. His vast knowledge and additional trivia games were great! I loved the background music he played in the headset, the music was obviously hand selected and hilarious! The whole experience was great. We felt safe and everyone really seemed what they were doing at the airport, like we werent rushed, but the necessary steps were taken to ensure our safety. Ill recommend for sure. Ironically we booked with your competitor and they cancelled 1 hour before our departure and because we were leaving the next day, their next day re-arranged appt didnt work for us. We frantically called around and were treated a little rudely when they found out it was a same day tour. But the lady booking us for you was so nice, and patient as she had to talk to all 6 of us individually to confirm payment, address and weight. GREAT customer servie from the moment you pick us up till we touched down! Thanks for making our last day in Vegas the best one ever!

Our pilot, Captain Mike, was fantastic with a wealth of knowledge and great enthusiasm about the area. Our tour lasted longer than the advertised 90 minutes and included a wonderful BBQ at a ranch, which was straight out of an old John Wayne flick. Gorgeous scenery, exceptional staff.

The helicopter flight was incredible. The pilot was very funny and nice. And staying at the ranch was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the honeymoon upgrade (even though we had some communication problems beforehand...). The cowboys were so friendly, welcoming and just real. And the horseback ride was absolutely worth it. We fell in love with the breathtaking landscape.

The flight was spectacular. Our pilot did an exceptional job telling us about the sights we were seeing, the history, the geolology, facts and trivia. Never a dull moment. I have and would highly recommend the trip to anyone. No better way to see the Grand Canyon. Well worth the money. Youll forget how you lost the money in Vegas. Youll never forget how you spent this money!

My family thought flying in a helicopter was so unexpectedly different than flying in a plane - even a small plane. It was downright magical. Our guide, Reed, was witty and full of interesting stories and knowledge. We all felt like we got the best guide we could possibly have had. This tour was worth every penny!

I have spent many a happy hour flying in helo s while in the military but this was a special ride , the views were spectacular, the breakfast at the ranch was great, would do it again
