Having
been to the Grand Canyon before, I was not expecting to see anything
different. How wrong was I? This was my first visit to the West Rim,
and it was beyond my expectations. The cultural aspect, with the Native
Americans was fabulous. Loved the Skywalk, loved the whole tour, thanks.

We really enjoyed our first experience at the Grand Canyon. We visited the West Rim, complete with the helicopter to the Canyon Floor, Colorado River Pontoon Boat ride and Skywalk. We heard the South Rim was more beautiful but for our first experience this was perfect. The bus ride out is bumpy, but you are on a bus and it is a dirt road. Bumpy should be expected. The staff with the tour and at all the locations were incredibly helpful and professional. We absolutely loved our experience. It was worth every penny. The bus driver was excellent, the pick up and check in was fine! where we had problems was at the Helicopter section. As you well know we had 4 hours to spent at the Grand Canyon. We spent 15 minutes on the bus waiting for our greeter then 11\2 hours waiting door the helicopter ride. We questioned the company and they said they had no way of knowing when we would leave so we all were stuck. We could have spent this time going to the Sky walker or having lunch. They closed the door o. Us because they did not want to speak to us. We finally got back at 2:30 and had 1/2 hour to got to the other sites and grab our lunch. We were not the only ones with this problem. It was worth doing but I will recommend to my friends not to do all three.

Absolutley amazing. Well worth the extra cost to take the boat trip and helicopter ride. We thought we would have a long wait as there were alot of groups arriving at the same time, however it was all so well organised that we practically got in the helicopter straight away. I would highly reccomend this trip too anyone.

Absolutely loved this tour. It was amazing, one of the best days of our lives. Definately the highlight of our holiday to Las Vegas.
We received received a courtsey call to our room an hour before pick up which was great. We were then taken to the company premises to get our wrist bands and free breakfast drink which was only a cake and a juice with tea or coffee but it did the job. We then got onto our coach which was taking us to the Grand Canyon.
we first stopped at the Hoover Dam which was a beautiful view. Didnt stay there too long about 15 so we could have more time at the canyon.
We then took to our ride to the Canyon which was around 2.5 hours. Our driver "Tony" was brillant, told us everything we needed to know and really made us laugh too, couldnt have asked for a better driver, he told us all about the places the driving through. Once we arrived at the Canyon we were told we had 4 hours to look around and as we were doing the helicopter and boat we got taken off the coach straight away and took to register for our helicopter ride. We had a bit of a wait to be called for our turn but it was well worth it. The views from the helicopter into the Canyon and of the Colorado river were spectacular! We then landed into the Canyon and had to walk down a rocky path to get onto the Platoon boat, once on the boat the driver gave us a lot of information about the colorado river and even took photos for us. The boat ride lasted about 15 mins and was an experience Im glad we did. We then had the walk back to the Helicopter and got taken back to the first point (if you have difficulty walking the walk to the boat and back may not be very nice.
There was 3 other poins you could see which a bus came to each point every 10 mins to take you to each one which was good. We went to the Skywalk first as we had brought tickets. I did not think much of the skywalk, yes it was a lovely view of the Canyon but you could get the same view from the side of the Skywalk. If we had the chance again I would skip the Skywalk.
We then went to the next point where we had our lunch as time was running out. Our lunch was really nice and we got served really quick no waiting around at all. By this time it we only had about 30 mins left and it was a 30 min to the next stop the ranch where there were cowboys and shows and horse riding. We had to miss that one out due to not having the time as we had to be back on the coach. We were a bit dissappointed by missing the last stop as it did seem like the most fun. I would definately recommend this tour to anyone it is a once in a life experience with breath taking views of the Canyon and Im really glad we did it! All I would say is that I think we should have been made aware at the time of booking that if you do the helicopter and boat ride and skywalk you may not have time to fit everything in (due to the time taken up by the helicopter and boat ride) at least then you will not be too disappointed with missing any of the points. Overall one of the best days of my life and "Tony" the driver made it even more special he was really entertaining and knowledgable! Thank you!

We were had four hours to be at the West Rim of Grand Canyon. One hour was eaten up waiting in a room filled with people segregated into different groups to go on a helicopter. There were a few time when someone scheduled to go on a certain flight could not be found because they wandered off. A microphone could have helped greatly to find these people. Things were quite confusing! If we had gotten off on time it would have been much better, I felt rushed the rest of the time.
