Description
Each van is equipped with individual reclining captains chairs, air-conditioning and expert driver/guide to provide narration over an intercom system so everyone can hear.

We'll travel over & stop at the mighty Hoover Dam. This structure is a site to behold, so keep your cameras handy on this approximate 15-minute photostop. Your journey continues along historic Route 66 on our way out to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.

As we make our way through the harsh desert, you'll start to notice strange looking plants that seem like something from another planet! These are the Joshua Trees! As we make our way to the heart of the Joshua Tree Forest, you'll be surrounded by plants that are up to 900 years old!

Once we reach the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, your helicopter is waiting to take you into its depths. Descend nearly 5000 feet to the bottom of the canyon for a unique perspective of the basin.

Next, you'll board our river pontoon boat for an unforgettable journey down the Colorado River (approximately 20 minutes). The helicopter flight is approximately 5 minutes in each direction, and we spend approximately 30 minutes at the bottom of the canyon.

Upon returning to the top of the canyon, we'll head out to Guano Point, one of the best vantage points on the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. At Guano Point, we've included an authentic Indian barbeque prepared by the Hualapai Indians who own the land at the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.

After approximately 3 hours at the Grand Canyon exploring both the top of the canyon and the bottom, you can sit back and relax as our professional guide makes the approximate 3 hour drive back to Las Vegas and back to your hotel.

Great excursion -worth every cent! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Stress free day even for my 75 yr old mum. Tour operator even set up second trip for 8 other party members with just 24 hrs notice - including 2 newlyweds.

The trip to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon was fantastic. The Helicopter ride was the highlight of our trip to the Las Vegas area. I had been to the Grand Canyon before but time was unique! Thank for being so kind to my father who was in a wheel chair. He enjoyed the trip and our travel guide, who went over and beyond with his kindness.

The tour driver was very knowledgeable and even allowed time for plenty of exploring and picture taking. The helicopter ride was good unless you were facing backwards. The boat ride on the Colorado was awesome. We were able to get a lot of pics. This package is definitely worth it and we'd do it again.
