What a fantastic experience this was! I shared this trip with my son and we had a great time. The planning, service and overall quality of the trip were impecable. I would do it again tomorrow.

Overall, I did love it. People were very nice and everything worked out. The itinerary needs to be more clear though. Meeting the bus at GCWest was confusing and time wasting. Also, you should recommend a dinner option for the 2nd day (we didn't see anything from GCWest to Boulder City and were starving by then).

99% of the trip was just what I expected, beautiful scenery, weather was perfect, and rafting was beyond my expectations. The only negative was the long wait for our turn in the helicopter leaving the canyon. I would return for this trip again.

Trip was great, but communications between the parties needs to be improved. They had us scheduled for the prior day. Also, they didn't have us on their list to shuttle us from airport to lodge. Third, tour company didn't have anyone to shuttle us back to the hotel when we returned, but they made accommodations. All of these issues were cleared up, but did cause some confusion. Otherwise, the trip itself, including the Grand Canyon and rafting were awesome.

We were very disappointed. They got my tour date wrong so had to revise my whole trip on the spot. It could have been disastrous for my family vacation. We were unable to get the helicopter ride out of the canyon which was very disappointing but the surprise was we would need to raft 2 1/2 more hours in the heat. This should have been mentioned.
