Without a doubt an unforgettable experience. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us frm initial phone contact to being dropped back at our hotel. The experience of flying through the canyon followed by the ranch experience is something we will never forget. Thank you for the experience it was outstanding. I recommend this to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime adventure.

My wife and I thouroughly enjoyed this tour. The helicopter pilot was wonderful and made everyone feel at ease. The breakfast at the ranch was great. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the Grand Canyon.

It was stunning - the helicopter trip, flying in the Grand Canyon, the experience at the Ranch was outstanding. Everyone was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicous - hot and well cooked. Loved the decor. The horse ride was fantastic. Would recommend it as a must do experience. Hope to do it again in the future. Again, all the people looking after us during the day were very friendly.

Our shuttle driver was terrific,our pilot was fantastic,he was one of the best tour guides I have ever had in LasVegas he was really on his game. The food at the ranch was absolutely horrible,they should be ashamed of themselves. The food was ice cold and hard you could not even split the so called biscuit we were given frozen butter that would not come out of the wrapper, we each had a 1/2cup of coffee because the cowboys drank all of the coffee the cook said.I think we got eggs so they said they were.But the very worst were the people behind the desk 1st thing in the morning they argued with me for over 20 mins. that my package did not include horseback riding which it did.Even though I had a conf# they insisted I should have asked for the name of the person that took my order,I explained to them when you rent a car do you ask for a name or a conf#. They embarassed me so bad In front of all the other people in the lobby.I finally told the women tell me one more time that it wasnt included since she told me 6 times in 2 min that I would walk out and never come back.They also did a similiar thing to another couple but took them into a separate room when they came out they were not on our flight they got bumped out to another time, the woman was also very upset.

I was with a group of 8, and we all enjoyed the tour. The pilots were friendly and knowledgable and the ride was beautiful. The cowboys at the ranch were great and were really helpful and nice to a few people in our group who were afraid of horses. All in all, a very good experience.

Awesome! Awesome! Don't know how many times I said that to my grandma that day. This was my first trip to the Grand Canyon and going by helicopter was extra special. The pilot was funny and gave us lots of information during the flight. I loved the covered wagon ride to see the buffalo. The baby buffalo's are really cute.
