Helicopter/Boat upgrade: At the Grand Canyon you'll board a helicopter for an approximate five-minute ride that will take you on a slow descent to the Grand Canyon floor, approximately 4,000 feet down. At the canyon floor, board a pontoon boat for a ride down the Colorado River. Cruise along the walls of the mighty Grand Canyon for approximately 15 minutes.

Scott our tour guide was great and answered every question we had. This was a far better experience than a large bus tour. We enjoyed our company from other parts of the US and Canada who were along with us. We definitely recommend and will take this experience again.

It was a great experience for both of us. Our only regret was that we did not include the helicopter ride aslo. That will be next time for sure. Scott the driver was very personable and informative. We learned a lot.

Amazing tour! The drive to the Grand Canyon and back was almost as fun as actually being there. Our tour guide was Randy, and I have to agree with everybody else who commented on him, he is the best. Fun, friendly, informative, he made us feel as if we had just jumped in with a friend. Always smiling, he was really nice to me and my wife and my two daughters, to which he even managed to utter a few words of French. All the way during the trip, Randy gave us all kinds of information about wildlife, vegetation, native American tribes, towns and villages.
It was only the four of us on the tour with Randy, which was also very nice. We didnt have to adapt to a strict group schedule, and instead Randy kept reminding us that we were free to spend more or less time here and there, as it suited us. We never felt any pressure.
The tour itself is really nice. We had purchased tickets to the Skywalk, which is amazing. The views at Guano Point were spectacular, and we had a good lunch and a good time at the Grand Canyon Ranch. The stop at Hoover Dam on the way back was also appreciated.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone. If we ever come back to the Las Vegas area, we will definitely book another tour with this company, and with Randy, if at all possible.

The tour was absolutely amazing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and are eager to return so that our kids can enjoy it as well. Our guide Randy was great, he had so much information to share with us and his knowledge was greatly appreciated. from the history to the geography, and everything else in between. He really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that we were all comfortable. Highly recommend this tour!

Friends recommended the West Rim Hummer Tour to us and we were not disappointed. Our tour guide, Randy, was excellent. It makes the trip so much better having your own tour guide. He took care of everything and was a wealth of information and extremely personable. Our 13 year old son thought this tour was the best day of our trip. We plan on bringing some family back next year and taking the same tour with them.
