Our bus driver Dwayne was one of the highlights of the trip. He is a fantastic bus driver and kept everyone entertained and informed about things to see and do. You can tell that he definetly loves his job and I know that everyone on the bus loved him too. Hes a great guy and Im sure a wonderful employee. I hope we see him again. As for the Grand Canyon, we loved it and would like to see it again but it does seem a bit rushed at time to make sure you get everything in. I think it would be a little bit more stressful during the summer months with perhaps even more people and dealing with crowds and lineups. Overall I would rate the trip and tour services and Dwayne of course a 10/10. Your company is very through and well prepared. Clean tidy bus and prompt service. Awesome job!

This tour was fantastic. First, we were picked up at our hotel (Circus Circus) at 6am. They said theyd be there by 5:50am, but not a big deal. Then we were all brought to a transfer station where we had to get off the bus, pay an additional "processing fee" of $10 per person, then get on the bus. The "light breakfast" was lame - pre-packaged danishes and Sunny D (really, do they think we are 10 year olds now???). We drove out to the West Rim in a fancy bus (complete with bathroom). They made two stops - one at the Hoover Dam and one a small convenience store. The road to get to the Hualapai area is bumpy and dirt... definitely bumpy! Once we arrived, we were brought to another terminal and hopped on another bus to go to the Skywalk area. The views are BREATHTAKING and the skywalk was awesome. One thing about the Skywalk is they will NOT allow phones or cameras on the bridge (they do supply free lockers)....so if you want pictures, youll be forced to pay for them. The pictures arent cheap. We ended up buying all 8 of our pictures on a USB drive for $107...there is no limit to the number of pictures you can have taken, so my advice is to load up on poses and pictures and then buy the USB stick. frm there, you ride another bus to the Guano Point. We had lunch here. The lunch was baked chicken, pulled pork or a veggie option. I had the chicken and it was quite good. My husband had the pulled pork and he liked that, too. frm that stop, we were driven back to the terminal and hopped on another bus to go to the Hualapai Ranch. It was a cute "Old Western" theme town. We went when they werent too busy and were able to shoot arrows and rope a fake cow. Unfortunately the horseback rides and carriage rides were closed so we couldnt do that. Overall, this trip was awesome. I think the tour operator was a tourist trap and the bus driver was actually talking on his PERSONAL cell phone on the ride back (Ive been told this is illegal in Nevada, w_here we were at the time). If you want a more personalized tour, try an alternate tour operator. This was more of a self-guided tour.
