The only problem we experienced was the cool weather and wind. This prevented us from enjoying our meal at the first or second stop. But then in return, we had a lovely meal at the Ranch dancehall. The weather also prevented us from taking the wagon ride to the to the Dinosaur tracks.

Should not say 2 meals are included. If we had known the food selection was so limited (a tiny pastry and a bowl of soup), we would have brought snacks. Very disorganized at the initial location where the helicopter tours were organized. Poorly trained workers who were rude to people who tried to get some information in a very chaotic room. But otherwise, it was an awesome experience.

We really loved it. The only difficult time was when we returned and everyone was at a different hotel. At that time of day everyone is tired and dropping people off and changes buses again was tiring.

This was our second trip to the West Rim. We did not have time to do it all on the first trip so we did another trip taking a different couple with us this time. We loved it. This time the bus driver gave up more time and we loved it. We were able to see what we missed on the first trip. I suggest that you give a little more time on your tours. At least 4 1/2 hours. It is really hard to do this in 4 hours with waiting for a bus to take you to the next stop. We waited 20 min at the ranch for a bus so that was 20 min out of our time. Also, some of the bus drivers were very pushy about tipping them. Others were not. They were the ones that I would tip. I would do this trip again but not the Skywalk. Once is enough. We did it twice and there really is nothing that you can't see from the ledge. I would not do this again since I have been there twice. I do recommend to it someone that has never gone. This trip was great.

The bus driver was excellent. Not bad for a guy who is second day on the job!
