Throught it was great, had a problem with all the bus changes we had to make though. A bus frm the hotel to your location, wait, a bus frm your location to the dirt road near canyon, a bus to each exhibit, and that same process on the return. whew... But overall it was very good

Dewayne was a great leader for our group. He gave us great insight into the area and was a wonderful bus driver.

I will be contacting the tour operator as well. Although the experience was fantastic, we opted to add the helicopter and boat tour to the package when we arrived in Las Vegas. We specifically asked about distance and the walking path frm the helicopter to the boat because my sister has mobility issues. We were told by 3 different reps it was a "short, easy walk" frm the helicopter pad to the boat. In fact it was a rocky, uneven path that lead to a very steep flight of stairs and then an even steeper ramp down to the boat. My sister could not make the trek and had to wait on the path until everyone was ready to get back on the helicopter. Had we been warned about this, we would not have spent an additional $175 each. The write up should include the warning that this part of the tour is not recommended for people with mobility issues. h_aving said that, if you do not have mobility issues, the helicopter is the ONLY way to see the Grand Canyon. LOVED LOVED LOVED it!

We had the front seats on the double decker (enclosed) bus and the view was outstanding! Our bus driver was named Walter and he did a fantastic job both driving and giving us need to know information. We did the Skywalk and actually spent all our time at Eagle point and Guano, so did not make it to the ranch. We had lunch at Guano (which was very good). Should we ever go back to Las Vegas we would definitely do this tour again!

There was three of us on this tour. We all three really enjoyed the tour. The bus drivers were all very helpful. We had one member with a walker and all the drivers were wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is there was not enough time to visit all the points in the west. There was just so much to take in, the canyon was breath taking. About another hour would have done it. It was definitely worth doing and I would recommend the tour to everyone.Thank you!

Our trip was great , especially our driver Thomas. He made our long road trip very funny and entertaining. They picked us up and dropped us off at the exact time they told us.

I think the Skywalk at Eagle Point of the Grand Canyon West Rim is worth doing at least once just to have the experience. It is true that you will not have to spend a lot of time on it, but the view is breathtaking and it is just really cool to be on that glass bridge. No cameras allowed and you will be spending time posing for the professional photographer.
Regarding the bus ride, yes it is a long trip with multiple bus changes, but that is the nature of this trip. Make sure you take the bus shuttle frm Eagle Point & Skywalk to Guano Point. The latter offers a spectacular view of the canyon, a hiking trail to a rock formation called the Ant Hill that you can climb up to the top of if you have the will, at your own risk. Lunch is included and it is decent , but obviously not gourmet. Overall, I thought this was a great day trip.

Once we got started, I had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the stop at Hoover Dam and 4 hours at the Grand Canyon west rim, and the informative and interesting bus drivers narration during the bus ride. The beginning of the trip was disorganized - long wait to get on the bus, d_elay in bus leaving, and the bus h_aving to go back to the start after 15 minutes to pick up 4 additional people.
