The tour bus was comfy and clean - our driver Mike, was the best. In spite of "difficult" weather the trip went without a hitch. The trip was well worth what we paid. Would highly recommend it to anyone who will be in Vegas.

Its the Grand Canyon, how could it not be awesome? The shuttle bus picked me up and got me to the departure station on time. The staff there was very friendly and made check-in really easy, and the process never felt rushed. Our tour guide Jay had a really pleasant sense of humor and lots of fun facts/stories that made the ride there enjoyable. By the way, the bus was very clean and comfortable. Once we got to the Grand Canyon, another tour guide handed out our shuttle bus and meal ticket and explained how it would work. You get 4 hours to explore/enjoy between the 3 points (Eagle Point, Guano Point, Hualapai Ranch -- I hope I spelled that right). The time will fly right by, especially if youre taking pictures. I didnt even make it to the third stop. If youre curious about the optional Skywalk, please check the reviews before making your decision. The Grand Canyon really is an amazing sight to see. I would love to visit the South RIm the next time I am in the area. I have heard the South Rim has more accessible trails and protective railing along the edges. The West Rim doesnt really have rails anywhere, though some areas are roped off, and I did spot a "Do not enter" sign in another area. Above all, be very alert when you are close to the edges and have a good time!

The entire trip was absolutely phenomenal. Customer service was @ a very high level from everyone on the tour. Our bus driver Gene our bus driver was an amazing & knowledgeable guide as well as a very safe driver. I dont know how much he gets paid, but whatever it is he should get a raise!!! The food @ Eagle Point was great . Even the family friendly made for TV movie that was shown on the way home was good. We will definitely take this tour again!!!

great day trip. Gene, our guide, was very knowledgeable and explained about the region and the tribes in details all the way. started with a picture stop at Hoover dam and then proceeded to grand canyon west rim: awesome view especially Guano point. got a nice pictures with local hualapai people. The cowboy expeiences at Hualapai ranch was also a treat. will definitely recommend it.

Big O was our driver with Shirley accompanying him. Big O was informative, made the experience enjoyable, and he was a good driver too! Also, my husband and I took the helicopter ride down into the canyon and rode on the pontoon down the Colorado River-- truly, a once in a lifetime experience. My husband and I both enjoyed our time on the tour, and it was truly a highlight of our vacation. We were picked up from our hotel and returned to our hotel much richer because of the experience of your tour and your team.
