The whole tour process was spectacular. I guess the only change I would suggest - the Ranch tour was not mentioned until the end, and while we had a little time to meet the animals, we would have arranged a horse back ride if we had known about them in advance. good experience, great way to see canyon & skywalk with out taking a lot of time, a bit unorganized at canyon airport but worked out, there is a tour of a working ranch but you should catch bus back to canyon airport earlier then what they suggest in order to do that as well Reviewed by:david B., Bermuda, September 2011

The tour is interesting but we were made to wait at the departure terminal after the trip for hours. if we need to wait for other group members that have signed up additional activities we should be informed so that we can spend more times at the sight enjoying the scenic view.
