Very good service by the helicopter company but the river boat excursion was much too expensive for the short time allowed. However, if you are never going to do it again it would be a shame to miss the experience. A little more time over the Hoover Dam would also have been appreciated. The Grand Canyon itself was, of course, amazing. The pilot, whose birthday coincided with my wife's on that day, was very informative. A memorable afternoon.

Excellent tour - the helicopter ride was just amazing! The boat trip was brief but well worth doing as you get a great view from the boat and the guide was very knowledgeable. We were given lunch but did not have time to eat it (were advised to eat it on the boat - but we preferred to take in the views instead) then had champagne by the helicopter. The pilot said we only had a couple of minutes but he was very accommodating and let us sip our champagne and chat for about 10 minutes before flying back. He made sure that we all changed seats so everyone had a chance to have a great view. Definitely worth flying from Vegas to do this (rather than a brief flight over the canyon) as you get to see the Hoover Dam and some fantastic views on the way over. Highly recommended.

I didn't realize how challenging the walk up from the boat would be. I loved the view from the helicopter, but I think the person who had to sit in the middle probably was disappointed and cramped.

You can find similar experiences for much cheaper. It was breathtaking while we were in the canyon, but overall, its overpriced, and I certainly felt "rushed" through the entire trip.

Boat ride was a joke. We did not get on the boat that arrived first, even though we were in line first! Just got bypassed by the boat operator who said wait for the next boat it's much better. Pilot on chopper asked me what happened and when I told him he said that's not true and said that he just made us late by doing that.

Once we arrived at the grand canyon we were immediately told to hurry down to the boat and hurry back because "we are on a tight schedule". In other words, they have booked too many flights for the day and it is a push to even stop and get pictures. The "champagne lunch" was a small glass of champagne a few pieces of apple, two rolls and a granola bar. Also the person at the airport failed to give anyone the ticket for the boat ride, which then became a hassle since one guy didnt want to let us on at all.
