Ihad bought tickets for the south rim tour but when I got to the coach center where they describe your tour for the day I swapped over to the West Rim tour and paid the extra fee and paid to walk the Skywalk ! Turned out to be a good choice the glass bridge at Skywalk was a once in a lifetime experience and the lunch at the Ranch was fab ! Our driver was Kenny and our tour guide was ANNE ! Safe drivers had a fun time would recommend the west rim tour with the hoover dam photo stop!

Jackie was a fantastic tour guide and bus driver. Quite warm sitting up front upstairs between the sun and the heater. The speaker on the right front faded in and out so the movies were difficult to hear at times, but we werent there for the movies but it helped pass the time. We were the 1st pick up in the morning at Boulder Station, and the 1st to be dropped off at night. I called twice to ask where to pick up at Boulder Station and was told the main entrance. We were at the main entrance, but at the main casino entrance and should have been at the main hotel entrance. The entrance is on Lamb Road not on Boulder Highway.

The organization absolutely amazed me!!! I felt we were in the best hands. Everything eas so well run that each concern and wondering was handled before we could even ask. Very impressed and would love to do another tour with you!! My only comment would be that we were the last to board our bus because of washroom line ups and we were stuck in nthe last row of the bus and not allowed to move all day! Not fair folks. Also we were picked up as the first stop at 5:45am at Tahiti Village and dropped at gone 11pm...as the very last stop...not fair. The big problem was that we were renting a house two minutes from the depot and were told there was no parking yet there was a huge lot there???? Whats with that? All in all a 9 out of 10 experience as far as the tour tho.

Thank you for taking us on your grand canyon tour. We went mid march and the weather was perfect and the crowds light. The bus ride was enjoyable and informative. Our bus driver answered any and all questions and talked about Las Vegas and the area. Being our first trip to Vegas we found the experience very informative and a highlight of our trip. The grand canyon is very beautiful and a wonderous sight to behold.

I had never been to the Grand Canyon, nor had I ever ridden in a double decker bus, so our experience was two fold. My grandson and I sat on the upper level of the bus in the very front, and it was as if we were in a helicopter or something. Everything was so easily seen. Or bus driver was a hoot, and the other passangers were friendly and interesting. It was like being at an international convention. We had people from Canada beside us, from Ireland two seats back, and from the UK right behind us. There were lots of other countries represented also. When we got to the Grand Canyon, my grandson told me that he now knew what the word "awesome" meant. It was truly an experience to remember, and I have recommended it to all my friends and family.
