We really enjoyed our tour to the Grand Canyon. The IMAX film was ok. Breakfast was more of a quick snack, lunch was adequate. We had a few stops on the way there so made up for breakfast at Mc Donalds. Driver was excellent. Canyon awesome. Trip was very long 5 hours each way but worth it. People who moan about the time travelling should consider alternate tours. All in all a very enjoyable full day out and tour operators were first class, we even had a wake up call on the day confirming our pick up. Not sure if this is standard so do not rely on it. Day was exactly as described. Enjoyable.

My overall experience was GREAT. The drivers Dwayne and Paul were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were prompt in their departures, arrivals and pick-ups. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty when he suggested that we take the 2 1/2 mile walk from point A to point B because the helicopter flight was cancelled. That was really a good idea. I will use this company again when I come back to Vegas and take the West Rim tour.

The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining (Jeff). Loved him. Bus was very comfortable. The IMAX movie is a must. Well worth the additional $10.00. Breakfast could have been better. Perhaps replacing the danishes with rolls/bagels and getting rid of the juice box drinks and providing water bottles and OJ. Make it a little healthier. Coffee was ok. Lunch was hot and their was a variety to choose from. Dinner stop at Mickey Ds wasnt up to par. Hoover Dam and the South Rim Grand Canyon site was spectacular but too long although I would not change to go to the west rim. Your tour cost is undeniably the best out there.

the tour guide is your bus driver. Hes very helpful, informative, and funny. This tour will not disappoint you especially if this is your first time in the Grand Canyon.

Paul made sure that We were well informed,comfortable,and busy , so that what I expected to be a very long day did not seem long at all. The Hoover Dam movie and the other two movies were welcome entertainment and a nice touch. We got to see the Grand Canyon on a snowy day only because of his determination and decision making ability. Wonderful wonderful trip. The bus driver attended to every ones needs. God blessed you when you empolyed him. The snow was an added attraction to our trip as we in south Texas dont see snow. Although the tour was an 8 hours drive to and fro m the destination ,it was made pleasant and enjoyable by the tour guide.
