The tour was great. The bus was very nice and the driver was very friendly. I would definitely suggest doing the helicopter tour. I know it adds a few hundred $$ to the price but it was THE BEST money Ive ever spent. To see the Canyon from above was breathtaking. You wont regret it. The view from above is breathtaking.

Great tour, delivered on all promises made on the website. The only thing that was missing was the stop at Mather Point...this was not possible because it was undergoing construction when we went, so clearly this was out of the hands of the tour company. Bus driver, Jeff was funny and very informative, made the trip real lively which is pretty tough when your traveling for 15 hours. We did have an emergency on the bus...a woman was having convulsions. Jeff handled it like a pro, immediately stopping the bus and calling 911 and providing an exact location of where we were which has got to be tough when your in the desert. Luckily the medical center was a few miles away and paramedics arrived in a few minutes and the woman was taken to the hospital, but she was alright. We had brought plenty of snacks which we didnt eat because there was no need to. We stopped at McDonalds for breafast, lunch was provided at the IMAX theater cafe at the Grand Canyon, and stopped at McDonalds again for dinner. Oh by the way, I would definitely recommend the IMAX movie, well worth the extra 10 bucks. I chose the orange chicken/rice bowl w/drink combo for lunch....bad choice. I figured it would taste like the Orange Chicken at Panda Express -- it didnt. I would probably have been better off taking the personal pan pizza w/drink and bought a side order of garlic bread on the side. All in all though this tour was great ,and if its your first time visiting the Grand Canyon...this is the only way to go!

We had been to Grand Canyon in July 2010 and we will definitely suggest this tour to everyone who is willing to visit the Canyon and Hoover Dam in a single day. The members of the tour company are doing their job so sincerely and they are very particular. At 5:45 AM they came and picked us from our hotel and then took to their office. There they separated both the south rim and west rim passengers. After that one guy explained us the upcoming itinerary for the day and gave us the tickets and served breakfast. Then first they loaded the west rim passengers to their bus and then the south rim passengers, as we booked the south rim tour so we had to wait for some time. The bus was an AC double-decker and very comfortable .They had also adjusted the temperature to a very comfortable level. Then at 8 AM we started for our tour and first stop was at Hoover Dam for 15-20 minutes. The bus driver was very friendly and informative too. Around 1 PM we had our complementary lunch and saw the IMAX movie. IMAX movie was awesome, so never miss it. At 3 PM we reached at our destination and enjoyed the view of Grand Canyon for 2.5 hours and at 5:30 PM we started from there and reached at Las Vegas city around 10 PM, but due to heavy traffic they dropped us at the hotel around 11:15 PM. So over all the tour was bit hectic but the service they are offering is really appreciable.

The bus tuor/drivers were fantastic, they did the trip a breeze. The trip was quite long but very worth it. All was very organized however there were some tech problems with one of the Air conditioner in one of the buses, that cause a an hour delay for the trip making it a bit more shorter while we were at the flight on the Helicopter and lunch times., so all was kind of a rush in those moments, we felt a bit bad about that. But Im pretty sure this dont happen in every tour. Other than that all was Excellent. A quick tip: They said that there is a courtesy photo next to the helicopter but off course they sell that photo ($20) once we come back from the flight if you want make sure to take yourself your own photo, it has to be quite fast because you cant stand there for long. Other than this we highly recommend this company, again the service was phenomenal! Ahh, once you book your spot with them, they wake you up with a call at the hotel, just in case you forgot to set that up directly with the hotel! That surprise (positively) us. Again, it was great!
