Except for pick-up instructions which were not very clear to us and due to which we kissed the bus and had to hire a cab to reach airport, everything else was well organized.

Everything went smoothly from the hotel pick up to the hotel return. Flight was great, the Canyon even greater. Would have liked to have a look around the Grand Canyon Village shops. Our hostess on the flight was Japanese and fairly difficult to understand. But all in all we wouldnt have missed it.

We really enjoyed our trip to the South Rim. There were a lot of folks there, and it was difficult to hear instructions over the video at the airport. The box lunch (veggie wrap) was pretty good. The view from the plane was well worth it. Great views of Lake Meade and Hoover Dam on the way there.. Unfortunately there was a lot of turbulence that day, and although I had no problems, there were two on our flight that got quite ill. Once there we boarded a bus and headed to the park. Waiting in traffic took some time, but the stops at the rim were great. There was some construction at one stop which will hopefully be done by summer. Great views. There was a little confusion back at the airport with three planes leaving at the same time, but we were returned to our hotel about 8 or so hours after we left. I would do it again, but maybe visit another rim next time.

Once we got to the airport all was well and the flight to the rim was fabulous! I wish we had stopped first at Mather Point and had equal time at both stops. My one suggestion for improvement would be to change the pick up and drop -off procedures from the hotels - we were on the bus for a full hour each way! We were picked up first and dropped off last - at least we could have been dropped off first since we had served our time on the way out!

The pick up at hotel was on time .the trip on plane went smoothly and the bus driver was very polite and humerous. Only complaint was got dropped off and different hotelat end of trip and was told had to find our way back to our hotel ourself.

Unfortunately we were very unlucky with the weather which spoiled the experience slightly. Would definitely suggest that the website carries some information re appropriate clothing for the trip when people book through yourselves. We left Vegas in the high 60s and arrived to minus 0 conditions, 3ft of snow and a blizzard blowing. We were totally unaware that the weather would be so extreme and we had arrived in spring/summer clothing and shoes. Would have enjoyed it more if we had been dressed accordingly.

The staff was very friendly. The drivers were on time, so you need to be as well. It sure beats driving there or taking a bus. You are not long at the Grand Caynon. But we were fine with the time we spent there at the look outs and walking around. Its really what you make of it. The majority of the tourists were Japanese. The staff was attentive and split up the groups in two planes and buses at the caynon. This made communicating easier. We were back at our hotel in 6 and a half hours. We still had the whole day and night to see Vegas.

The land tour could have being longer for the participants to enjoy the great scenery of the Grand Canyon. After all this is whats its all about.

My sister Phyllis and I enjoyed our flight to the Grand Canyon very much, we would have enjoyed it more if we could have understood our tour guide better.

Amazing landscape and impressive canyon. Friendly staff and comfortable plane. Good that captain took safety seriously when one of the planes electronic systems failed, but due to this we had to head back to base and we lost about 90 mins from our tour. Also bus did not show up at our hotel for morning pick-up. Thankfully our taxi cost was refunded.
